Royal Pines Backyard Pool Renovation

Team Kenchi was given a sloping backyard and tasked to install a large swimming pool and spa with help from the team at Narellan Pools, fit gorgeous travertine tiles and artificial turf surrounds with a turfed garden area at the bottom of the retained pool area. Tricky, painstaking & glorious (in the end)!
THE PROJECT
This project saw team Kenchi tasked with prepping the backyard for the installation of steel posts for the concrete sleepers to support the pool shell. Once the concrete retaining walls were in and the pool shell installed, the team could continue with the tiling of the pool coping and decorative spa waterfall overflow. This continued on to the tiling around the pool, the framed glass pool fence and artificial turf between the house and the pool. Finally the bottom area was turfed to complete the backyard project.
THE OUTCOME
The before and after shots tell the story here. This yard was effectively a hill to the bottom of the block with nothing but some grass, and now the family have a wonderful new pool area and outdoor space fit for many years to come.
