Full yard design and build on the water

A challenging full design and landscape project on a sloping block that saw the Kenchi team retaining the back yard to give a beautiful stepped pathway down to the jetty, an outdoor sandstone shower area and with an interesting set of gardens throughout that highlight some Australian natives and other hardy species suitable for the dry and salty canal block.
THE PROJECT
This was a wonderful front to back style project to design and implement the entire house block with various aspects of brickwork, retaining, tiling, turfing and landscaping design required to achieve a functional space that brings a natural and vibrant feel to the newly created areas.
THE OUTCOME
The progress shots are nothing short of remarkable, and really speak to the hard work of the Kenchi team. To see this house transform from having a completely week filled block to what it is now, the result speaks for itself and has added a huge amount of value to the property.
