This project was a rare opportunity to tackle an essentially clean slate of a back yard. Overlooking the Coomera river canals Team Kenchi was presented with an awkward sloping backyard with very little functional use, definitely not suitable for a game of cricket.
THE PROJECT
The scope for the backyard was to design and fit a raised deck around the pool, feature lighting in the stairs down to a paved landing area, gardens on either side and artificial turf at the bottom level of the block on the fence line.
THE RESULT
The result of this job speaks for itself. From a mostly unusable area in the back yard the owners now have a beautiful and functional outdoor entertaining space that has given them a huge amount more of usable area around the pool overlooking the canal and added tens of thousands of $$$ in value to the property.
